Exemption From All Property Tax

All solar systems are exempt from property tax through your local tax assessor’s office. Unlike a room addition, which gets added to your property value, solar is 100% exempt for solar pool, solar hot water, and solar electricity.

30% Federal Tax Credit

For all solar electric and solar hot water heating systems, the Federal Tax Credit will apply to the total cost of the entire project. The tax credit will carry forward from one year to the next, until you have received 100% of this hard earned income back in your wallet.
